Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, curate, and schedule engaging social media content (text, image, video, and multimedia) across platforms.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize performance across all social media channels.
• Create and implement effective social media and influencer campaigns aligned with overall brand goals.
• Conduct audience, competitor, and trend research to inform social media and influencer strategies.
• Maintain a comprehensive monthly social media calendar and assist in campaign planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and industry professionals.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
• Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team (copywriters and designers) as well as the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports and constructive feedback to optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3

  years of experience

  in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing

  influencer marketing campaigns

  end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, etc.
• Familiarity with

  social media analytics and scheduling tools

  (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Experience in

  audience and buyer persona research

  to target the right users.
• Working knowledge of

  SEO, hashtags, engagement strategies

  web traffic metrics

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
