Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories that align with brand voice and identity
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns
• Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for ad campaigns and brand initiatives
• Stay updated with current trends, tools, and algorithms on all social media platforms
• Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer
• Strong understanding of current trends and audience engagement strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of paid promotions and ad campaigns (preferred but not mandatory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Proven success in running social media campaigns and growing brand visibility
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills
• Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Strategic mindset with a creative flair and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Edtech or education industry
• Basic video editing and reel-making experience
• Influencer outreach or brand collaboration experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
