We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to own and lead our online presence across platforms. You'll be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing engagement, driving traffic, and developing content strategiesthat speak to our audience in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Work closely with designers and content creators to deliver engaging content
Track performance metrics and analyze data to optimize strategies (reach, engagement, conversions)
Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and new tools to keep the brand relevant
Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events
Build a strong online community and respond to audience interactions thoughtfully
Generate regular reports and actionable insights for management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Proven success in running social media campaigns and growing brand visibility
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills
Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Strategic mindset with a creative flair and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Edtech or education industry
Basic video editing and reel-making experience
Influencer outreach or brand collaboration experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
