About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all major social platforms. This person will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through innovative social media campaigns and community management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify emerging social trends, tools, and platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Set clear KPIs for growth, engagement, reach, and conversion.

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (copy, graphics, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across all channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Foster a loyal and engaged online community.
  • Manage influencer and brand partnerships when applicable.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, conversions).
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and content strategy.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Advertising & Growth

  • Manage paid social media campaigns (boosted posts, paid ads) to drive reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize ad performance and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media advertising and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience in [industry, e.g., e-commerce, tech, lifestyle, B2B].
