Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Meravilla Solutions LLP in Karjat (Mumbai), you will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations in the hospitality industry. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role, you will lead a team to ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team, enforcing standards and quality control measures, conducting daily inspections, ensuring timely room preparations, and promptly addressing guest complaints related to housekeeping. You will also be responsible for staff supervision and training, assigning tasks, conducting training sessions on cleaning procedures and safety measures, ensuring policy adherence, and managing shift schedules and workload distribution. In addition, you will oversee inventory and supplies management, monitor stock levels, maintain records, and implement cost-effective control measures. Your role will also involve ensuring quality control and compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining records, submitting reports, coordinating with other departments, and staying updated on housekeeping trends and best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience, preferably with a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene protocols, linen management, and cleaning techniques is also required.
