Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with proven experience in hardcore sales, particularly in Time Share and Venue Sharing. The ideal candidate will have a strong on-site selling attitude, excellent communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience in direct sales. This role requires a go-getter personality who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:B2C Relationship Management:

• Actively generate leads and convert prospects into clients through on-site visits, events, and direct interactions.

• Promote and sell real estate projects, time share packages, and venue-sharing solutions.

• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.

• Negotiate and close sales with a high conversion ratio.

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Keep track of customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Hardcore sales expertise with proven ability to close deals on-site.
• Strong knowledge of Time Share & Venue Sharing concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High energy, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardcore sales.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
