About The Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our hospital’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content that enhances the hospital’s brand image, builds community trust, and drives patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the hospital’s goals.Manage and grow presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.Plan and execute content calendars, including posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.Create engaging content (graphics, short videos, blogs, infographics) highlighting hospital services, doctors, facilities, patient awareness programs, and success stories.Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and implement innovative ideas.Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a positive online reputation.Collaborate with the marketing and PR team for promotional campaigns and healthcare awareness initiatives.Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).Ensure all content complies with hospital policies, medical ethics, and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive, preferably in healthcare or service industry.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising campaigns.Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
