Job Description

A Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a brand's social media strategy, developing engaging content, managing online communities, running social campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key duties include content creation, community management, trend monitoring, campaign management, influencer engagement, data analysis, and collaboration with marketing teams. Strategic Planning & Content Management

  • Strategy Development:Develop and execute the overall social media strategy to align with business and marketing goals.
  • Content Creation:Create, edit, and schedule engaging content, including text posts, photos, graphics, and videos, for various social media platforms.
  • Content Calendar Management:Plan and manage the social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of posts.
  • Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to identify opportunities.

Community & Brand Building

  • Community Engagement:Interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and feedback, fostering a strong online community.
  • Customer Service:Provide customer support through social media channels, addressing issues and directing customers to the appropriate departments.
  • Brand Voice:Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social platforms.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management:Engage with industry professionals, influencers, and other brands to expand reach and build partnerships.

Performance Analysis & Collaboration

  • Data Analysis:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower growth, and reach, to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Reporting:Produce reports detailing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Campaign Management:Plan and launch specific social media campaigns, including contests and promotions, to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure a unified and consistent message.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
