Key Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, offers, and brand collaborations.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content in collaboration with design and product teams.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Engage with customers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
  • Collaborate with influencers and external agencies to boost brand reach.
  • Manage paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.


Required Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content creation (graphics, reels, videos) and collaboration with design teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid ad campaigns is a plus.
