About the Job: - The Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager - focusing specifically on digital communications. Task and Responsibilities:- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display) Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and Social media sites. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms Manage social media marketing campaigns Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic) Manage SEO campaigns Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team Requirements:- Must have experience in digital marketing Must be organized & detail-oriented Must be able to meet deadlines reliably Must have great communication skills Must have a positive attitude Must be able to take responsibility for tasks and remain proactive with allocated tasks (as we are a busy start-up, we appreciate you taking responsibility) Must be compassionate towards the team Job Type: Full time Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Job Location: Coimbatore Job Mode: On site (work from the office)

Key Responsibility : Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals. Manage daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, offers, and brand collaborations. Create engaging and visually appealing content in collaboration with design and product teams. Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates. Engage with customers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation. Collaborate with influencers and external agencies to boost brand reach. Manage paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Required Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for a product-based brand . Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.). Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. Experience with content creation (graphics, reels, videos) and collaboration with design teams. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights. Knowledge of SEO and paid ad campaigns is a plus. Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Rs Puram , Coimbatore Industry: Product-Based Company Employment Type: Full-time Working Days : Monday to saturday
