Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Social Media Manager to craft, implement, and oversee our comprehensive social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a strong analytical mind, passionate about building thriving online communities and amplifying our brand's voice. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into compelling social media campaigns, analyze performance data, and stay ahead of evolving digital trends. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals, covering content, audience engagement, paid social, and community building. Content Management: Oversee, plan, and deliver engaging and high-quality multimedia content (text, images, video) across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube), adapting content to suit different channels and audiences. Community Engagement: Foster and manage vibrant online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, moderating discussions, and building strong relationships with our audience. Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage innovative social media campaigns, promotions, and competitions to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs and ROI. Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new features and platforms. Influencer Collaboration: Identify, build relationships with, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach and drive authentic engagement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts into broader marketing initiatives. Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and online conversations, addressing feedback and managing potential issues with professionalism and tact. Budget Management: Manage the social media budget, allocating resources effectively for paid campaigns and reporting on expenditures. Essential Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and growth. Required Skills & Competencies: Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt tone for different platforms and audiences. Content Creation & Copywriting: Demonstrated ability to create engaging, original, and platform-specific content, including strong copywriting and editing skills. Graphic Design & Video Editing Proficiency: Must have hands-on knowledge and experience with graphic design tools like Canva, and video editing software to create compelling visual content for social media. Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives. Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including their features, algorithms, and advertising capabilities. Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Creativity & Innovation: A highly creative mindset with a passion for generating innovative ideas and approaches to engage audiences. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies quickly in response to evolving trends and platform changes. Community Building: Experience in building and nurturing online communities, fostering positive interactions, and managing customer relationships. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Preferred Qualifications : Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
