Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube and TikTok).
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure consistency with brand voice and online reputation management.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Ability to track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Skilled in community engagement, responding to comments/messages, and managing online reputation.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to collaborate with the creative team.

    – Experienced in maintaining and amplifying brand voice and identity across diverse platforms.
  • Excellent communication

    – Able to interpret strategy, respond to feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with designers, writers, and managers.
