Job Summary : We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our social media strategy. You will be responsible for managing our online presence across all social media platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity. Identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor insights to inform strategy. Content Creation & Management : Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, and stories) tailored for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. Community Engagement : Manage and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering meaningful interactions. Monitor user-generated content and maintain a positive brand reputation. Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversions. Prepare monthly reports and insights to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns. Paid Campaigns : Plan and oversee paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to support campaigns, product launches, and events. Coordinate with influencers and partners when needed. Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of analytics tools Creative mindset with excellent writing and storytelling skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Nice to Have (Optional) : Experience with influencer marketing. Basic SEO understanding. Previous agency or B2B/B2C brand experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Social media management: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
