Role Overview

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute
social media strategies
across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
Create engaging
posts, reels, and stories
aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.
Collaborate with the content and design team for
graphics, creatives, and videos
.
Monitor social media trends and competitors to optimize engagement strategies.
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
Track performance using analytics tools (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare weekly reports.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries to maintain community engagement.
Support marketing campaigns, paid ads, and influencer collaborations where needed.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience
in social media management, preferably in EdTech or consumer-facing industries.
Strong understanding of
Instagram Reels, LinkedIn campaigns, and YouTube growth strategies
.
Hands-on experience with
content scheduling & analytics tools
(Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Basic knowledge of
Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
is a plus.
Excellent communication, creativity, and trend-spotting skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, performance-driven environment
.
