Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive conversion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in brand building through social media platforms, with a proven track record of creating compelling content and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to align with company's overall marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, posting, community management, and monitoring.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about relevant news, events, and conversations within the industry and leverage opportunities to engage our audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on brand building and engagement.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
