Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence and engage our online community. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all social channels, including scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.
• Analyze performance metrics and create monthly social media reports; use insights to optimize future content.
• Support paid social campaigns by collaborating with marketing and advertising teams.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Work with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage social media crises or negative feedback professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with photo/video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
