Job Description: Social Media Manager We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and scale our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in running Meta and Google Ads, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and managing influencer collaborations, along with strong expertise in content creation and community building. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Edyell’s marketing goals. Manage and grow Edyell’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Plan, create, and publish engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.). Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand communication. Stay updated with trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep Edyell ahead. Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture a strong digital community. Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, leads, and conversions. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Identify, onboard, and manage influencers for brand campaigns and collaborations. Handle end-to-end influencer marketing workflows: negotiations, briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking. Ensure timely posting and alignment with the content calendar and brand guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads with measurable results. Experience managing brand pages or digital campaigns (preferably in the education or tech industry). Strong understanding of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English. Ability to create or coordinate visually appealing content (Canva or basic Photoshop skills preferred). Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience with video marketing and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, content marketing principles, and funnel-based growth strategies. Experience working with influencers, creators, and online communities. Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,547.58 - ₹41,783.03 per month
