Job Description

Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Address: Flat No: 701, Sarkhej, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Opposite Toyota Showroom.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager at Falcon Cargo, you will be responsible for creating and executing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage with clients and partners, and support overall business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to manage our digital presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, digital platforms, and offline presence.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to enhance customer experience.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Drive influencer marketing, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Monitor online reputation and respond to customer interactions.

Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and creative agencies for campaign execution.
  • Align with external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Monitor ROI of agency-driven campaigns and optimize budgets.

Online Listings & Business Visibility

  • Manage and correct listings on Justdial, Google Business Profile, and other directories.
  • Conduct Google Business analysis to track reviews, ratings, customer insights, and performance.
  • Enhance digital discoverability and improve local SEO presence.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), demographics, and digital KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and share insights with management.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements in marketing campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and digital ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, SEO, and online reputation management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and prepare actionable reports.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Business, Meta Business Suite, and SEO dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,772.14 - ₹40,826.24 per month
