Social Media Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at an on site location of Porvorim in a full time role . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase our clients awareness, engage our community, and drive business growth across all major platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business goals. Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform. Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations. Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice and messaging across all social channels. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Deep understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter,etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
