Social Media Manager

A Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with candidates, and drive traffic across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

Content Creation: create engaging content (Canva), including text posts, images, videos, reels and other interactive content tailored to each platform.

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner to foster community engagement.

Handling enquiries: Make hot and cold calls to give information about course offerings.

Performance Analysis: Conduct regular audits and performance analysis to track key metrics, identify trends, and optimize social media campaigns.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content strategy and performance.

Advertising Management: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization to maximize ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights.

Creativity: Strong creative skills to develop innovative content and campaigns that engage users and promote brand loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
