Academic Coordinator They play a vital role in managing educational programs, courses and supporting students, and collaborating with faculty & management to ensure academic success within educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: * Program Development and Management: Academic coordinators are responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and overseeing academic programs/courses. This includes developing curricula, creating course content, and ensuring that programs align with institutional goals and vision. * Student Support and Advising: They provide guidance to students in course selection, academic planning, and addressing challenges. * They help students navigate their educational paths and access necessary resources. * Faculty Coordination: Coordinators work closely with faculty members & management to ensure they have the resources needed for effective administration. They also assist in scheduling courses and managing faculty-related activities. Administrative Duties: * Work closely with business development manager and the Directors to ensure targets are met * Collecting & maintaining student records * Working with MS Office tools, preparing reports and statistics and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. * Weekly progress report to the Management. * Plan & coordinate academic events, seminars, workshops, and training sessions for students & corporate Required Skills and Qualifications * MBA with minimum 2 years of experience * Proven experience in an educational or academic coordinator role * Knowledge of educational regulations and accreditation standards * Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in educational software and management systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
