Design Fundaz, a dynamic digital marketing agency in Pune, is looking for a strategic and highly analytical Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a critical client-facing role requiring a blend of deep technical skill (Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, Instagram Algorithm mastery) and exceptional communication abilities.
You will lead the social strategy for diverse clients, translating business objectives into measurable results through strategic content creation and performance marketing.
Serve as the primary client-facing lead for all social media strategy and performance reporting.
Conduct strategy presentations and handle performance discussions with confidence and clarity.
Exceptional English fluency (written and verbal) is required.
Conversational or professional proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is a significant advantage for client and market communication.
Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a laser focus on ROI.
Implement rigorous A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and targeting.
Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to improve landing page performance from social traffic.
Manage social media advertising budgets efficiently.
Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Instagram's algorithm to maximize organic reach (especially via Reels and Stories).
Produce high-quality content and be well-versed in design tools like Canva (or equivalent) for excellent marketing outputs.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
Track and analyze key performance metrics using various analytics tools.
Develop comprehensive reports, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
Apply good knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with overall social media strategy.
3+ years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
Prior experience in a client-facing role is mandatory.
Proven track record in performance marketing with measurable results.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other advertising platforms.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms, especially Instagram's algorithm dynamics.
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing.
Proficiency in design tools like Canva for content creation.
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
