Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in animation, design, and video production. You should have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and beautiful motion graphics. • Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Storyboarding:

  Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm concepts, develop storyboards, and create style frames for video and animation projects.

• Animation and Production:

  Design and create high-quality motion graphics for various platforms, including:
• Marketing and advertising campaigns (social media ads, promotional videos).
• Product explainer videos and tutorials.
• Event visuals and presentations.
• Edit raw video footage and seamlessly integrate motion graphics, text overlays, and other visual effects to create a polished final product.
• Incorporate and edit music, voice-overs, and sound effects to enhance the final video output.
• Work closely with graphic designers, video producers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand message and visual identity across all projects.
• Manage time and deliverables effectively, handling multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion while meeting deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software, and techniques in motion design to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
• Maintain organized project files and a digital asset library for efficient team access and future use.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:

  3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Artist or in a similar role.

• Portfolio:

  A strong and diverse portfolio or showreel is

• Software Proficiency:

  Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop

• Design Fundamentals:

  A solid understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and timing.

• Storytelling:

  Proven ability to create a narrative and evoke emotion through visual storytelling.

• Technical Skills:

  Experience with keying, tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing.

• Collaboration:

• Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing principles.
• Experience working in an agency or in-house corporate creative team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.
