Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of social media strategy and execution across all major platforms
Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaign roll-outs, and trend-led communication
Build and nurture online communities through timely engagement and interaction
Coordinate and manage content shoots to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality output
Work closely with content creators, designers, and performance teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
Monitor KPIs, analyze insights, and generate monthly performance reports
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, tools, and best practices
Skills Required:
2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies
Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills
Ability to manage and coordinate content creation shoots end-to-end
A strong sense of ownership, leadership qualities, and attention to detail
Sounds knowledge of performance marketing.
Proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and other scheduling/analytics platforms
