What You’ll Do: Design creatives for social media, websites, campaigns, ads, emailers, pitch decks, and more. Bring ideas to life through visually appealing graphics that are on-brand, innovative, and effective. Collaborate closely with content writers, marketers, and clients to understand project requirements. Maintain consistency in brand language across all designs. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and be open to feedback. You Should Have: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a bonus). A solid portfolio with a variety of design work. Mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. A good eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Creativity, originality, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects). Sound knowledge of Figma.
