CivicLens Research & Consulting seeks a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to drive our online narrative and engagement strategies for a political campaign. Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.Develop engaging posts, reels, videos, and graphics aligned with campaign goals.Monitor trends, conversations, and political narratives, especially in the Bengali digital space.Work closely with strategy, design, and field teams for real-time content updates.Analyse performance metrics and optimise content strategy for reach and engagement. Preferred Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in social media/content management (preferably in political or issue-based campaigns).Strong command over Bengali (writing + reading) – essential for creating localised content.Creativity with a strategic mind – understanding how content drives voter behaviour.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps.Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
