Political Field Associates

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct voter outreach through field visits, door-to-door surveys, and interviews with local voters, party workers, and influencers.
• Coordinate with mandal-, booth-, and gram panchayat-level workers to track campaign activities and gather insights.
• Support in organising local events, voter mobilisation drives, and targeted political meetings.
• Report daily political updates, local grievances, sentiment shifts, and campaign responses to the central team.
• Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and reports from the ground to ensure campaign alignment and impact tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation (any stream)
• Fluency in

  Marathi

  (spoken) is essential; basic understanding of Hindi is a plus
• Strong grasp of

  local political issues, caste/community dynamics

  , and election mood in Maharashtra
• Willingness to travel extensively across villages and polling booths within an allotted constituency
• Prior experience in political campaigns, data collection, social work, or grassroots mobilisation is preferred
