A strong command over written Bengali is crucial for effective mass communication. You should demonstrate the ability to adapt your writing style, tone, and message for various platforms such as print, digital, and speeches. A background or interest in politics, current affairs, and regional issues is desirable, along with the capability to thrive in fast-paced campaign environments with tight deadlines.
