Our mission is to empower leaders and organizations with insights that matter—through sharp analysis, ethical research, and actionable strategies.  Role: Content and Research Analyst We are looking for a driven and intellectually curious Content and Research Analyst to join our growing research team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about political analysis, public policy.   Key Responsibilities • Analyze current political events, trends, and policy developments to assess their potential impact. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support political strategy and decision making. • Examine large sets of political data to identify patterns, shifts in voter behaviour, and emerging trends. • Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to internal teams and external stakeholders. • Contribute to the creation of research-driven content for public platforms, internal discussions, and client engagements. • Collaborate with field teams and analysts to validate on-ground insights with data findings.  Qualifications & requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field. • Prior experience or academic exposure to political analysis, data interpretation, or research writing. • Strong command over written communication in Marathi; Marathi typing is a must. • Proficiency in English is a strong advantage. • Interest in politics & good political knowledge is a must. • Proficiency in MS Office.
