The team brings in 7 years of experience in building electoral strategies that spark conversations, effect change, and help shape electoral and legislative ecosystems in our country. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with social media influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders. Develop and execute influencer engagement strategies aligned with campaign objectives Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and performance tracking. Work with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with political messaging. Analyze audience engagement and optimize influencer campaigns for impact. Keep up with social media trends and ensure influencer strategies stay relevant. Handle crisis communication and reputation management for influencer collaborations. Necessary Skills: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory. 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or public relations. Strong network of influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and regional platforms. Experience in audience analysis, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Understanding of political communication and public engagement. Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization tools.
