Carry out in-depth interviews and surveys to gather primary data on political constituencies and related topics. Provide extensive research support to clients for their parliamentary work, including data analysis and report preparation. Stay informed about trends in political marketing and the domestic political landscape to inform research and strategy. Collaborate with senior data analysts to expand and enhance the consultancy's activities through the development of data publications. Perform additional research-related tasks as delegated by senior management to support the overall objectives of the consultancy. Willingness to go on ground/travel for research and campaigning. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics or a related field. Strong proficiency in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, including MS Excel for data management and analysis. Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and interpret data.
