Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on Indian and global political developments, policies, and trends. Analyze political data, voter sentiment, and campaign performance to generate insights. Prepare clear, well-structured reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Track political events, elections, and policy decisions to provide timely updates and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into strategy design. Support campaign planning, messaging, and on-ground political operations through research-driven recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Journalism, or related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in report writing, research documentation, and presentation. Ability to analyze complex data and political scenarios with clarity. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with data analysis tools will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have a background in journalism and a keen understanding of political trends, narratives, and audience sentiment . Key Responsibilities Write and edit short-form and long-form content in Tamil and English , including articles, campaign materials, and social media content. Develop narratives that align with political and public communication strategies. Research political developments, policy updates, and news trends to produce timely, insightful content. Collaborate with the strategy and design teams to ensure message consistency and brand tone. Translate and adapt content between Tamil and English while preserving context and tone. Conduct fact-checking and maintain accuracy in all written materials. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in content writing, journalism, or political communication. Excellent command of Tamil and English (both reading and writing) . Strong understanding of Indian politics, current affairs, and policy landscape . Ability to simplify complex political issues into clear, engaging narratives. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
