Role Overview: We are looking for a Political Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of both Indian and international politics, possess excellent communication and report-writing skills, and have proven experience in preparing high-quality reports. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to convert data-driven insights into impactful political strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on Indian and global political developments, policies, and trends. Analyze political data, voter sentiment, and campaign performance to generate insights. Prepare clear, well-structured reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Track political events, elections, and policy decisions to provide timely updates and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into strategy design. Support campaign planning, messaging, and on-ground political operations through research-driven recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Journalism, or related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in report writing, research documentation, and presentation. Ability to analyze complex data and political scenarios with clarity. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
