Job Description

End-to-end management of client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) * Develop and implement tailored platform-wise strategies based on client objectives. * Plan, maintain, and execute content calendars in coordination with the design and copy teams. * Content & Campaign Ideation * Conceptualise engaging campaigns, reels, static posts, and stories. * Bring innovative ideas to the table aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. * Collaborate with creative teams to ensure on-brand visuals and messaging. * Strategic Growth & Execution * Craft data-driven growth plans to increase followers, engagement, and reach. * Leverage trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to amplify content. * Optimize posting schedules and formats for maximum reach and ROI. * Analytics & Reporting * Monitor platform performance. * Generate monthly reports with key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations. * Suggest improvements and pivots to campaigns based on data. * Team Collaboration & Client Communication * Attend client meetings to present ideas, pitch campaigns, and report progress. * Coordinate with ad specialists, designers, and copywriters for seamless execution.
