🔹 Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create monthly/quarterly content calendars for all platforms.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.

Content & Execution

• Oversee content creation including posts, reels, videos, stories, and blogs.
• Guide designers, editors, and executives to maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure timely posting and platform-wise optimization.

Community & Engagement

• Manage online community interactions—comments, messages, feedback.
• Monitor brand mentions, online reputation, and customer queries.
• Oversee influencer tie-ups and collaborations.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads).
• Use insights to improve content and strategy.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.

Team Coordination

• Lead and mentor the Social Media Executive, Designer, and Video Editor team.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams for campaigns and goals.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Expertise in content planning, storytelling, and trend analysis.
• Experience in paid promotions (Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads preferable).
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
• Experience handling brand accounts or agency work preferred.
