Job Title: Social Media Manager – 360° Marketing Agency

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 4 – 8 years (Agency background mandatory, brand experience preferred)
Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Industry: Marketing / Advertising / Creative Agency
Work Days & Timings: 6 Days a Week, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Reports to: Head of Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead social media strategies, manage high-value brand campaigns, and oversee client servicing in a fast-paced 360° marketing agency. The ideal candidate must come with a strong agency background and proven experience in managing large-scale brand accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple brands across industries.
  • Lead client discussions, ensuring brand objectives are met through innovative campaigns.
  • Manage a team of executives and content creators to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee content calendars, campaign execution, and ensure consistency in brand voice.
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations for strategic insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and digital communities.
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare performance dashboards for client reviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while adhering to the agency’s quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4 – 8 years of experience in Social Media Marketing with mandatory agency background.
  • Hands-on experience managing brand accounts in FMCG, Lifestyle, Retail, or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and mentor teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.).
