Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts and internal brands. If you're a trend-savvy strategist who knows how to build online communities, boost engagement, and deliver results through killer content — we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients and in-house brands.
• Lead a team of social media executives, interns, designers, and video editors.
• Plan and supervise monthly content calendars, reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Coordinate with clients to understand goals, approve content, and align strategies.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and prepare reports.
• Monitor trends, meme culture, reels formats, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Run and manage paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Handle reputation management, influencer collaborations, and online community growth.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing ( Digital Marketing agency experience preferred).
• Expertise in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Threads.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and paid media.
• Leadership and time management skills — able to handle multiple brands/accounts.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Pune – on-site role only.
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
