Social Media Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a performance-driven and strategic Social Media Manager with 1–2 years of experience in PPC advertising and paid social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads, while also managing our social media presence to support brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve ROI and conversions. Develop performance reports with insights on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and impressions. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and marketing copy. Maintain and grow organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools. Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and user interactions. Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies. Conduct in-depth keyword, hashtag, and audience research to improve campaign effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and optimization techniques. Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and social content. Familiarity with content calendars, campaign planning, and analytics dashboards. Basic knowledge of SEO, retargeting, and remarketing strategies is an advantage.
