BPO Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to products or services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Telecallers play a vital role in representing the organization, promoting its offerings, and gathering valuable information from customers. Responsibilities: • Outbound Calling: • Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database. • Introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and answer any questions. • Lead Generation: • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. • Maintain a database of prospective clients and record relevant information. • Product/Service Promotion: • Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services. • Provide information on promotions, discounts, or special offers to encourage customer interest. • Customer Engagement: • Build and maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers. • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner. • Follow-Up Calls: • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and encourage conversion. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes. • Achieve Targets: • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation or sales. • Work towards achieving individual and team goals. • Feedback and Reporting: • Provide feedback to the team lead or supervisor on customer responses, common queries, and areas for improvement. • Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes and lead/sales progress.
