Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various BPO roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our company culture and business needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, source candidates through multiple channels, and provide a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, technical support, and back-office BPO roles. Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions & postings. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and campus drives. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers. Handle pre-joining formalities, offer roll-outs, and follow up with selected candidates until onboarding. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment. Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports to management. Support in employee engagement activities when required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO/KPO sector. Strong knowledge of BPO hiring processes and candidate sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). H Job Title: Verification Executive – BPO (Voice / Non-Voice) Job Summary The Verification Executive is responsible for validating customer information, conducting document verification, and ensuring data accuracy for various client processes. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
