Job Description

H Job Title:  Verification Executive – BPO (Voice / Non-Voice) Job Summary The Verification Executive is responsible for validating customer information, conducting document verification, and ensuring data accuracy for various client processes. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct verification of customer documents and details via phone, email, or internal systems Perform background checks and confirm accuracy of information provided by customers Update and maintain accurate records in the system Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines Coordinate with internal teams in case of discrepancies or missing information Ensure timely completion of verifications to meet SLAs Maintain confidentiality and handle data with high integrity Provide clear and professional communication with clients/customers Prepare daily/weekly reports as required Requirements Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on client process) 0–2 years of experience in BPO / customer service / verification process Good verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry) Ability to work rotational shifts Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Prior experience in verification/background checking processes Familiarity with CRM tools and data management software Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
