Oversee content calendars, ensure cross-functional alignment with in-house design and video teams, and maintain impeccable brand consistency.
Performance Marketing:
Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all paid social media campaigns (
Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
) with a clear focus on maximising ROI.
Community & Influencers:
Actively build vibrant online communities, manage real-time engagement, and collaborate with strategic influencers to amplify brand reach.
Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare detailed, data-driven reports, translating key performance metrics into
actionable recommendations
for continuous campaign growth.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum
2–4 years
of professional social media management experience for established brands or agencies.
Proven, hands-on expertise in
paid social media campaign management
(including audience segmentation and budget management).
Expert proficiency with core social media tools (
Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and professional scheduling platforms
).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt brand tone seamlessly.
