Graphic Web Designer

Core Responsibilities

• Video Production: Lead the non-linear editing process for all video projects (long-form, social clips, paid ads), including colour correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
• Graphic Design: Design and produce static and animated visual assets for all social platforms (Instagram Stories, LinkedIn banners, YouTube thumbnails, paid ad visuals), ensuring mobile-first optimisation.
• Brand Consistency: Act as the guardian of visual brand identity, ensuring all assets both graphic and video adhere strictly to client style guides and Ayra Media's quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Strategists to align visual output with marketing objectives and content calendars.
• Asset Management: Efficiently manage and organise all media libraries, project files, and final content archives.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably within an agency or fast-paced media environment.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video editing styles (short-form, narrative, promotional) and graphic design work.
• Demonstrable expertise in motion graphics and creating animated text/logo treatments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality control, and the ability to meet tight production deadlines.
