Social Media Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our real estate brand's online presence across all relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, real estate trends, and platform-specific content creation. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, engage audiences, and support sales through compelling social content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the real estate market. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Highlight property listings, agent spotlights, success stories, open houses, client testimonials, and market insights. Collaborate with agents, photographers, and videographers to gather content. Monitor trends in the real estate and social media landscape to keep content relevant Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports using insights and analytics tools. Work with the sales and marketing team to align content with business goals. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or property sector. Strong understanding of real estate terminology, buyer behavior, and market cycles. Proficient with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc. Knowledge of paid advertising and audience targeting on Meta, Google, etc. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):Basic video editing and graphic design skills. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). Photography or real estate staging knowledge.
