Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
Manage day-to-day handling of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
Handle crisis management and reputation monitoring online

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Strong knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop – preferred)
Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Experience in handling brand or agency accounts
