We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in influencer marketing and digital storytelling to elevate our brand in the hospitality space. You will lead our social media strategy, drive engaging content campaigns, and collaborate with luxury, lifestyle, and travel influencers to create immersive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

● Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, F&B outlets, and travel experiences.

● Plan campaigns aligned with brand positioning, such as experiential stays, culinary journeys, wellness retreats, and luxury travel packages.

● Lead the influencer marketing strategy, including identification, outreach, negotiation, and long-term collaboration with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.

● Maintain and optimize a social media content calendar, integrating seasonal campaigns, events, and product launches.

Content & Community Management

● Oversee creation of premium content – high-quality images, videos, reels, stories, and interactive posts that reflect the brand’s lifestyle and hospitality experience.

● Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and copywriters to produce aspirational content.

● Manage community engagement, ensuring timely, personalized, and brand-aligned interactions.

● Monitor and respond to reviews, mentions, and queries across platforms, maintaining a positive brand reputation.

Analytics & Reporting

● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, influencer ROI, engagement metrics, and audience insights.

● Use insights to refine strategy and optimize content for engagement, conversions, and bookings.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

● Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across touchpoints.

● Mentor junior social media and content team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● 5–6+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, luxury, travel, or lifestyle brands.

● Proven experience in influencer marketing, including executing high-impact campaigns and measuring ROI.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social campaigns, content creation, and influencer collaborations.

● Proficiency in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

● Experience with content creation tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, or equivalents.

● Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, with an understanding of aspirational and lifestyle branding.

● Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.

● Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills for influencer partnerships.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience managing luxury or boutique hospitality brands across multiple digital channels.

● Understanding of paid social campaigns and optimization for bookings, engagement, and awareness.

● Familiarity with trending digital formats like reels, short-form immersive video content.

● Network of potential hospitality, lifestyle, and travel influencers is a strong plus.
