Job Summary:

Mio Design is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Instagram Management

• Assist in managing MSE’s Instagram and other social / digital media platforms
• Coordinate content posting, scheduling, and calendar management
• Ensure timely publishing of posts as per market hours, announcements, and briefs
• Support content coordination with the creative and strategy teams
• Monitor posts, basic engagement, and flag queries/comments when required

Client Servicing Support

• Assist the Client Servicing team in day-to-day coordination with the MSE account
• Help prepare client presentations (PPTs) and internal decks
• Maintain trackers, reports, and schedules using Excel/Google Sheets
• Support in basic invoicing coordination and documentation
• Ensure smooth follow-ups and timely execution of tasks 

Requirements:

·      0-1 years

Instagram and social media workflows

·      Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools is a plus

·      Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

·      Good written and verbal communication skills

·      Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, real-time environment
