The ideal candidate will be responsible for onsite installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking devices at client locations. This is a field-based role requiring travel to different customer sites. Key Responsibilities: Visit client locations for installation, configuration, and repair of hardware systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Perform routine maintenance and health checks on client IT infrastructure. Install and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and drivers. Provide on-site technical support and customer service. Maintain logs of service requests, repairs, and resolutions.
