Mobilisation team

IACT Education is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Mobilization Team to promote training programs and mobilize students for various computer and skill-development courses. The team will be responsible for outreach activities, student counseling, lead generation, and achieving enrollment targets through fieldwork and local promotions.

Job ResponsibilitiesStudent Mobilization & Outreach

• Promote institute courses through field visits, door-to-door campaigns, school/college visits, community outreach, and local events.
• Generate student leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Conduct awareness sessions about courses, career opportunities, and skill development programs.

Marketing & Promotion

• Distribute pamphlets, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
• Support digital and offline marketing activities as directed by the institute.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for campaign planning.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily activity reports, lead records, and enrollment data.
• Submit regular performance and progress reports to the reporting manager.
• Ensure accurate data entry of student details and feedback.
