Social Media Intern

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to join our Marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and digital marketing strategy within a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Management Team to develop engaging content and grow our brand's presence across all major social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Assist in the conceptualization, design, and scheduling of daily content (text, image, video) for platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn. Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions with our online community. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest creative ways to incorporate them into our strategy. Analytics & Reporting: Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) and assist in compiling weekly performance reports. Campaign Support: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across social platforms. Asset Management: Help organize and maintain the digital content library (photos, videos, graphics). Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grammar and a keen eye for tone. Proven familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective content formats. Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. A portfolio or examples of previous social media content creation (personal or professional) is highly desirable. Internship Details Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible based on academic calendar).
