Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions with our online community. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest creative ways to incorporate them into our strategy. Analytics & Reporting: Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) and assist in compiling weekly performance reports.
